This is some pictures on took on our trip in Sept 2010 Manti, Utah. I wish i had cool pictures of the Mesa AZ temple to do this with and print, ink, rough up and frame...I may have to try it with this one. =0)

no excuse

dave bought an exercise bike today for my health no excuses now....i have needed this so much and have been trying to decide what to do...what to get....tired of feeling weak and tired and know that my health would improve again with regular excercise...no excuses now....I will BEGIN...to get better, stronger, live
